Admissions Questions

What is the application process?

The application process involves submitting an online form with required documents, taking an entrance assessment, and participating in a personal interview. We have rolling admissions and typically respond within 6 weeks of your complete application submission. You can apply at any time throughout the year.

When can my child apply for admission?

We accept applications throughout the year. Applications for the upcoming academic year are typically accepted starting March. Early applications are encouraged as spaces may fill up quickly. Most admissions decisions for the new school year are finalized by June.

What is the minimum age requirement for kindergarten?

Students must be 5 years old by December 31st of the admission year to enter Kindergarten. For younger children, we offer our Early Childhood program starting at age 3.

Are scholarships available?

Yes! We offer merit-based scholarships for academically excellent students, need-based scholarships for eligible families, and sports scholarships for athletic talent. Scholarship applications are reviewed during the admissions process.

Can transfers be admitted mid-year?

Yes, mid-year transfers are considered based on space availability. Contact our admissions office to discuss transfer possibilities. The same application and assessment process applies to all applicants.

What are the school hours?

School hours are typically 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM for all grades, Monday through Friday. After-school programs and extracurricular activities extend until 5:30 PM. Early childcare starts at 7:30 AM and after-care continues until 6:00 PM.

Does the school provide transportation?

Yes, we operate a fleet of school buses serving various neighborhoods. A transportation fee is included in tuition. Parents can also arrange carpool or pick up students from campus.

Is there a uniform policy?

Yes, all students are required to wear the school uniform. The uniform helps foster school identity and equality among students. Uniforms can be purchased from authorized vendors provided by the school.

What is the school's policy on technology?
